Our people: Frank Dehn

From 2002 to 2004, Frank was a Visiting Professor at the prestigious Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where he taught graduate classes in Media Law. He also is a former on-air correspondent for Court TV, and holds a Masters Degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.

  • Harvard Law School graduate;
  • Seasoned attorney, specializing in media law, libel defense and intellectual property law;
  • Represents clients around the world on privacy and publicity, copyright and trademarks, pre-publication and pre-broadcast review, First Amendment law and entertainment law.

Mr. Dehn has won a number of media law cases and has provided content review and other legal advice to facilitate television programming for major television networks and magazine clients. He has also advised on and negotiated numerous media industry contracts.
