Our people: Preethi Venkataramu
At SDD Global, Preethi has undergone extensive training in the U.S. legal system and is a key member of SDD Global’s legal research and contract review teams.
- Gained significant experience as a litigator before joining SDD Global in 2006;
- Graduated from the University of Mysore in 2002, earning her law degree near the top of her class;
- Since completing the media business affairs course has drafted and reviewed numerous TV and film agreements.
Preethi has also completed the in-house media business affairs course. As part of the media business affairs team, she has drafted and reviewed numerous production and distribution agreements for our clients in the media and entertainment industry.
Preethi recently assisted Channel 4 Television, Metro Goldwyn Mayer, and the Independent Film Channel in a copyright dispute in Cleveland, Ohio.
Preethi is trained in Bharatanatayam, a classical Indian dance form, and continues to pursue dancing as her passion by conducting classes for young children aspiring to become good dancers.
