• Graduate of India's top-ranked National Law School;
• Previously Head of Operations for India's first high-end legal services KPO, which he helped establish, incorporate and manage in Bangalore;
• Has trained and managed a team of highly qualified lawyers, handpicked from India's best law schools, for almost ten years.

He is among the most recognized names in the Indian legal off-shoring circles and is regularly sought out as a speaker at conferences, round-tables and seminars discussing legal outsourcing.

After graduating in 1993, Sanjay spent the first eight years of his career in general litigation, handling civil, tax, matrimonial, corporate and quasi-criminal matters before the Karnataka High Court and the trial courts in Bangalore. He was also retained by "Business Line," one of India's leading financial dailies, as a "legal stringer" for four years between 1996 and 2000. Since 2001, Sanjay has focused his career exclusively on legal outsourcing and is today probably the best and most experienced lawyer in India in the field of U.S. legal research and drafting.

Sanjay is an expert in handling a wide variety of U.S. legal matters including trademark and copyright litigation, contracts, torts, and healthcare. As SDD Global's Head of Operations, he plays a major role in almost all its affairs at the micro and macro level, including business development; client co-ordination; work delegation, supervision and execution; recruitment; training; financial and personnel management; and general company administration.

A native Bangalorean, Sanjay loves Mysore – a city which reminds him of Bangalore during the 70s. He cycles to the office every Friday, is a die-hard cricket enthusiast (being no mean player himself during his student days), an ardent dog-lover and an aficionado of cryptic crosswords.
