Our people: Vidya Devaiah
Since joining SDD Global in 2007, Vidya has completed the in-house business affairs course as well as almost three years of intensive training in the U.S. legal system under the guidance of experienced American lawyers.
- Member of the senior leadership team at SDD Global with several years of education in the U.S;
- Key member of the Media Business Affairs group;
- Manages and co-ordinates projects for clients.
Her efficiency and excellent communications skills allow her to expertly liaise with clients to ensure that requirements for legal research, drafting and document review are met. Additionally, she independently handles matters in various areas such as contract drafting and review, trademarks and company formation.
Under the guidance of Russell Smith, Vidya created the increasingly sought after Accumark Trademark/Title Search Report that SDD Global offers at a fraction of the cost of other more well-known search reports (which can be generated within one day). Her leadership skills have been honed through her involvement with Mysore Ladies Circle 9 and other local charities.
